This service includes a personalized consultation with a design specialist to identify the most effective solution for your project. Please note that no design work is completed during this service. Should you wish to move forward, a separate appointment must be scheduled to proceed with the recommended design services outlined by your specialist.

Specialty Services Disclaimer

A deposit is required to secure your project and begin work. The deposit amount will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule or before final delivery of your completed materials.

Clients may cancel an appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to receive a refund of their deposit. Cancellations made not within 30 minutes of the appointment time, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made not within 30 minutes of the appointment time may be denied or may require a new deposit.

Final files or services may be delayed or withheld if the remaining balance is not paid in full, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. By booking a specialty service, you acknowledge and agree to these payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
